Favorites can help you to copy the components between different projects.

Collect favorites

Click a bot node “can I help you?” node, and then click Favorite - Collect the current node and its subsequent nodes.

At this time, open the Favorites to see that the flow has been collected successfully. Click the Detail to see the details of the favorite component.

You can also select Favorites -Flows on the left navigation pane to view.

Favorite FAQ

Click FAQ in the left navigation pane, here we choose to collect the first user question “Where do you come from?” Click yellow star, the favorite icon in Operations.

Delete a favorite component

Click Favorites -Flows on the left navigation pane, select the flow you want to delete, and click the delete icon in Operations.
