Let’s build the first bot. It is a survey bot involving a single agent.

You will be presented with a survey. Please chat with the user and ask them the questions in order. 
Do not provide the entire survey at once.

Publish

Select the bot that you just tested, then proceed with publishing. After publishing, you can see the web-embedded link and the mobile link. For more information on publishing, please refer to this section. overview6.png
